Refund policy

We want every book and course to help you knit with more confidence. If a product does not meet your expectations, here is how we can help.

The guarantee

Each ebook and video course comes with the guarantee described on its sales page, including how long you have to request a refund. That guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

How to request a refund

1. Write to contact@knittingmastery.com from the email address you used to place your order.
2. Tell us which product you bought and, if possible, the date of your order.
3. We confirm receipt and process your request within the period of the guarantee.

How you are refunded

Approved refunds are made to the payment method used for the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the money may take several business days to appear on your account. Once a refund has been made, access to the product is closed.
