Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases of Knitting Mastery digital products: ebooks and video courses. By placing an order, you accept these terms. For any question, write to contact@knittingmastery.com.

Products

Our ebooks are digital files (PDF) that you download and keep. Our video courses are watched online through a personal access. The content of each product is described on its sales page. Our products are designed to teach knitting techniques; the result of your projects depends on your own practice.

Price and payment

Prices are shown on each product's sales page and at checkout, in the currency indicated there. Any applicable taxes are shown before you confirm your order. Payment is made online through secure payment providers and is due when you place your order.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate and digital. Right after your payment is confirmed, you receive an email giving you access to your product. If you have not received it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then write to us and we will help.

Use of the products

When you buy a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own learning. You may print the ebooks for your personal use. You may not share, resell, publish or distribute the files, videos or access, in whole or in part. The patterns and projects you knit from our products are yours to keep, wear and give.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online. For digital content, this right ends once delivery has begun (download or access to the course), provided you gave your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose this right. This does not affect the guarantee described in our refund policy.

Guarantee and refunds

Each product comes with the guarantee described on its sales page. How to request a refund is explained in our refund policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Liability

We take great care over the accuracy of our content. However, we cannot be held responsible for indirect damage, or for a temporary unavailability of the website or of the course platform caused by events beyond our control.

Applicable law

These terms are subject to the applicable law and do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
